The Cambro Customer Service Representative is the primary point person responsible for managing and communicating with customers and entering and coordinating orders and shipments to ensure a positive customer experience. This individual provides prompt and proactive follow-up with all pending open matters and supports the sales team in the field with their requests. The International CSR is expected to consistently provide excellent customer care, represent customer needs internally, and work toward helping achieve the department’s team goals. Consistently demonstrates the ability to manage challenges, has good judgment and problem-solving skills, and is able to build customer relationships, working with diverse cultures, and working on a team.
