INTERNATIONAL SALES SUPPORT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

• Handles daily order entry, processing and expedition of orders.

• Monitors production status.

• Responds to customer requests and inquiries.

• Coordinates special shipping instructions with Shipping Department.

• Understands the language of International Business, including Letter of Credit, Proforma, CAD's (Cash Against Documents), Certificate of Origin and Export freight terms.

• Assists International Sales Team with various functions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Commercial training and / or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English, German and French

• At least, 1-year International Customer Service experience.

• Must be well organized and capable of handling a variety of issues and assignments.

• Independent and structured way of working.

• Advanced computer skills/proficiency in MS Word, Excel, TEAMS and Microsoft Office
