INTERNATIONAL SALES SUPPORT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE – ENGLISH and FRENCH SPEAKING

Multinational company, headquartered in the USA, with offices in Germany and worldwide leader in the foodservice industry, opens a new position.
The Cambro Customer Service Representative is the primary point person responsible for managing and communicating with customers and entering and coordinating orders and shipments to ensure a positive customer experience. This individual provides prompt and proactive follow-up with all pending open matters and supports the sales team in the field with their requests. The International CSR is expected to consistently provide excellent customer care, represent customer needs internally, and work toward helping achieve the department’s team goals. Consistently demonstrates the ability to manage challenges, has good judgment and problem-solving skills, and is able to build customer relationships, working with diverse cultures, and working on a team.
Handles daily order entry, processing and expedition of orders.
Monitors production status.
Responds to customer requests and inquiries.
Coordinates special shipping instructions with Shipping Department.
Understands the language of International Business, including Letter of Credit, Proforma, CAD's (Cash Against Documents), Certificate of Origin and Export freight terms.
Assists International Sales Team with various functions.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Commercial training and / or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent verbal and written skills in English and French
At least, 1-year International Customer Service experience.
Must be well organized and capable of handling a variety of issues and assignments.
Independent and structured way of working.
Advanced computer skills/proficiency in MS Word, Excel, TEAMS and Microsoft Office
